Physical Security Upgrades, November 2023

Miami Job Corps Center, Miami FL November 2023 Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to provide design support for the physical security upgrades to the Miami Job Corps Center in Miami FL that include, but are not limited to, a Security Entrance Building addition to Building A totaling approximately 760 GSF, site perimeter fencing and precast concrete wall, and site access  controls at the primary site vehicular entry locations. Proposed Four Story Assisted and Independent Living Facility

Matawan, NJ November 2020 Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design a new four-story mixed use independent living / assisted living facility planned as redevelopment of the site at 105 Old Matawan Road in Old Bridge, NJ. Bridge, NJ. The project provides 40 beds in 32 units of assisted living on the first three floors and 16 studio independent living apartments on the fourth floor.  Full basement is planned providing space for storage and utilities. VisionStream are experienced multi-family developers and adult day health care facility operators. This facility adds assisted living to their portfolio. Developer: Vision Stream, LLC
