Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design a new four-story mixed use independent living / assisted living facility planned as redevelopment of the site at 105 Old Matawan Road in Old Bridge, NJ. Bridge, NJ.
The project provides 40 beds in 32 units of assisted living on the first three floors and 16 studio independent living apartments on the fourth floor.
Full basement is planned providing space for storage and utilities.
VisionStream are experienced multi-family developers and adult day health care facility operators. This facility adds assisted living to their portfolio.
