Matawan, NJ November 2020 Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design a new four-story mixed use independent living / assisted living facility planned as redevelopment of the site at 105 Old Matawan Road in Old Bridge, NJ. Bridge, NJ. The project provides 40 beds in 32 units of assisted living on the first three floors and 16 studio independent living apartments on the fourth floor.  Full basement is planned providing space for storage and utilities. VisionStream are experienced multi-family developers and adult day health care facility operators. This facility adds assisted living to their portfolio. Developer: Vision Stream, LLC

North Brunswick Township, NJ September 2018 Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design a new 20,000 square foot, 27 bed, 23 room, ground up single-story wood frame facility.  The facility is to be designed with steeped sloped roofs and exterior aesthetics and landscaping to blend with the adjacent residential neighborhood.   The facility was designed with private exterior patios for most of the rooms along with a covered patio at the front entrance for watching the world drive by and a rear covered dining area for exterior dining and barbeques.
