Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design a new 20,000 square foot, 27 bed, 23 room, ground up single-story wood frame facility. The facility is to be designed with steeped sloped roofs and exterior aesthetics and landscaping to blend with the adjacent residential neighborhood.
The facility was designed with private exterior patios for most of the rooms along with a covered patio at the front entrance for watching the world drive by and a rear covered dining area for exterior dining and barbeques.
