Lighthouse Architecture has proudly transitioned its focus to federal design-build work since 2009. Our journey began at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, where we achieved success, from there, expanding to projects at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and NSA Philadelphia. After a decade of growth at NavFac MIDLANT, we have become a trusted name in the federal design-build sector.

Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design the sprinkler system for Building 542 interfaced with the existing Notifier Fire Alarm system compliant with all current UFC, UFGS, NFPA, and all other applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design the renovation and modernization of OGC and Ombudsman office spaces in Building 31B. This project involves design to optimize the use of their available space while also updating the areas to a more modern workplace standards.

Lighthouse Architecture was engaged to design the repair of the exterior masonry and other building components that indicate signs of structural instability. Included are other repairs and replacements required to improve weather-proofing the building envelope and prevent further façade degradation and structural deterioration.
