This 2011 commercial architecture project emphasizes a cosmopolitan yet intimate and relaxed atmosphere for chef-centered dining in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square neighborhood. AIA architect and firm owner Peter Porretta guided Lighthouse Architecture’s team in designing the Center City façade to attain the owners’ concept goals while complying with the requirements of the Philadelphia Historical Commission. Lighthouse provided overall architectural design and coordinated building systems engineering, provided by Remington and Vernick Engineering (RVE), and interior design, provided by DSGNTec Interior Design, LLC.
