Project Type: Restaurant/Bar – Interior Design
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Area: 3,000 sq. ft.
Lighthouse Architecture’s 2012 interior design reformatted the former Tweed restaurant to produce a traditional atmosphere for this upscale eatery in the Washington Square West neighborhood. Antique mirrors complement the natural oak main bar, while AIA architect and Lighthouse owner Peter Porretta and his team highlighted the oyster bar with mosaic tiles. The Philadelphia architecture firm also provided general architectural and building systems engineering services for this project.

Peter Porretta of Lighthouse Architecture is our go-to firm. When working with Peter and his team you realize from the first meeting that they understand the BUILDING process.
Pete’s design team is great but more importantly, Pete gets that a design only goes so far…You actually have to build it. Lighthouse helped us get things done on time and on budget.
When working with Lighthouse you can rest assured that what you see in the design phase will come to life when your project is complete.
