Project Type: Adaptive Reuse – Bank Building
Location: Hammonton, Atlantic County, NJ
Area: 8,000 sq. ft
AIA architect and Lighthouse principal Pete Porretta led his team in this adaptive reuse project, translating the modern Capital Bank brand architectural brand into a Main Street 1960s-style bank in Porretta’s hometown of Hammonton, NJ. The Philadelphia firm provided architectural services and building systems engineering services, and they adapted the interior design from the corporate standard in existing branches.
We really love our Hammonton branch. You did a really nice job. We thank you so much.
