This new
four-story mixed use independent living/assisted living facility planned as redevelopment of the site at 105 Old Matawan Road in Old Bridge, NJ.
The project replaces an abandoned fire-damaged structure with a new facility; providing 40 beds in 32 units of assisted living on the first three floors and 16 studio independent living apartments on the forth floor.
A full basement is planned providing space for storage and utilities.
