Design-build contractor CJW Contractors, Inc. teamed with Lighthouse Architecture on the NOSC Eleanor ATFP Upgrades contract located at the Armed Forces Reserve Center, Eleanor, West Virginia facility.
This project is scheduled to start design in late 2020 with construction scheduled for 2021.
