Senior Health Care
The Fountains at Cedar Parke is a Camden County, NJ CCRC (continuing care retirement community) consisting of independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing.
With increasing demand for assisted living, owners chose Lighthouse Architecture to convert a portion of the independent living wings into assisted living residences.
This CCRC is a fully occupied three-story structure consisting of five wings, A through E.
The plans call for the first floor of “A-Wing” to be vacated, gutted and reconstructed into 15 assisted living units with communal dining and activity space; all while not disturbing the independent living residents two stories above.
Lighthouse Architects designed the conversion of the facility’s first floor A-Wing from independent living units into 15 assisted living residences. It also included new dining and activities rooms.
All designs are in full compliance with NJ Department of Health requirements and regulations.
Lighthouse Architecture is working with the facility staff and ownership to plan the physical conversion and assist with all the regulatory hurdles associated with modifying a licensed health care facility in New Jersey.
The Fountains at Cedar Parke
Working with Peter Porretta of Lighthouse Architecture on our renovation project was a great success.
His designs are the highest quality and all his documents were very accurate. Peter is very knowledgeable and thorough and always looks for ways to help us further.
Upon the smooth and successful construction of our renovation project at The Fountains at Cedar Parke, we were able to fill all the new rooms within 30 days of the project’s completion; an excellent outcome.
Lighthouse Architecture’s tag line of, “creative, yet constructible,” is accurate and it says it all about their services.
